hello my mother i just wanted you to know how much i love you. i know i never told you as often as i should have but i was a coward. now i wish i would have. i never even gave u hugs and kisses but i know in my heart you know how much i did care for you you were my best friend i talked to you about everything i know you held on till i got home and you have no idea how much that means to me i wish you were still here but that would be selfish of me cause i know how much pain you were in and you were right no matter how much i tried to prepare myself for your passing i just couldnt do it my heart hurts so bad with out you all i think about is all the things you gave up just so your kids could have i will never forget how you were mom even when you would yell and scold me out i always knew it was cause you loved me and thats what a good mother does i just wish i could have been a better son it just dont feel the same going home cause your not there but i made you a promise and i intend to keep this one i will take care of jay and make him eat and check the garbage to see if he actually ate and laura moved down so you dont have to worry about me being alone i love you so much mom this is so hard on me but i know you want me to not be sad but its easier said than done well mom ill be looking up at night so make sure you keep the light on as you promised i dont even wanna stop typing this letter because i actually feel close to you right now but i know i have to i miss you so much mom i love you and dont worry ill never forget you and ill also help take care of trixie bebe and little bit always and forever your baby boy i love you see you later

Although I have only known you for a couple of years, I grew very close to you. You shared your lifes memories with me and even greater, you shared the most precious gift I could have ever received...and that was your daughter, Liz. I will truly miss you and your sense of humor. It always brightened my day when you would pick on me because I knew you were feeling good that day. I will make sure that your pillow is just how you like it and always remember, I will always be your "Russell Baby". I look forward to seeing you again one day. Until then, watch over us and look up my "Dado" and "Mama" and tell them I miss them terribly. I love you.
