

Norbert Muehlbauer, 90, of Evansville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at the Village at Hamilton Pointe. He was born January 1, 1925, in Evansville, to the late Norbert and Elizabeth (Ward) Muehlbauer.
He was a member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church. He had worked as a custodian for EVSC. He had many friends at McDonald’s that he met for breakfast and enjoyed walking at the mall.
Norbert was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Wilma (Truitt) Muehlbauer; daughter, Betty (Jimmie) Bean; sons, Charles (Linda) Thomas and Larry (Pam) Muehlbauer; grandchildren, Brenda (Charles) Pfingston, Barbara (Michael) Fullerton, Cathy (Donnie) Cook, and Luke Muehlbauer; six great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, August 8, 2015, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. James Frazier, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
