She enjoyed going to church, crafting, shopping, daycare, reading and watching the DIY network.
Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Riggle; and son, Billy Riggle.
She is survived by her daughters, Ruthann Beach, Patricia Kempf and Laura Riggle; 22 grandchildren; and dog, Cici.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, February 16, 2017, at St. James West UMC. Friends may visit Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time.
