Michael C. Patterson

Michael was a 1969 graduate of North Posey High School and later ITT Technical College. He was proud to be a Biomedical Technician at St. Mary’s Hospital and Evansville Cancer Center. He enjoyed cooking, loved jokes, watching auto racing and college basketball, oldies music, making fudge at Christmas, and introducing his grandkids to new foods.

Michael is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ruth Patterson; daughter, Holly Pugh (Jeff); son, Nick Patterson (Marie); daughter, Ann Hopp; grandchildren, Jacob, Eli, and Isaac Pugh, Kaylee and Brailyn Hopp; sister, Jann Ulrich (Frank); brother, Kelly Patterson (Amy); niece and nephews.

A Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2023 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Pastor David Peterson with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. and on Friday 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
