Michael J. Hickerson

Michael J. Hickerson, 66, of Evansville, passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 at Cypress Grove Health and Rehabilitation. He was born November 11, 1951 in Evansville to the late John C. and Marlen (Avery) Hickerson. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed attending car shows and spending time with his family. Michael is survived by his daughter, Jamie Michele Thompson (Adam); son, Jason Hickerson; grandsons, Cole and Gavin Thompson; brother, Larry Hickerson (Wendy), and nephew, Mikey Hickerson A Funeral Service will be 1:00PM, Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, officiated by Rev. Ronnie Bonds, with entombment in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit 10:00AM to service time, Thursday at the funeral home.
