Mark Noel Kavanaugh, 65, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022. He was born on November 28, 1956, in Evansville.

He enjoyed sports, listening to music on the radio, and keeping up with current events. Mark was a very kind and gentle person.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, Joe Louis Kavanaugh (1987).

He is survived by his mother, Lillian Frances (Clements) Kavanaugh; brothers, Joseph Kavanaugh (Beverly), Richard Kavanaugh (Donna), and Roger Kavanaugh (Debbie); sisters, Elizabeth Ann Cheek (Tom), Alice Lamping (Richard), and Janet Kavanaugh; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church,600 East Virginia Street., with Rev. Ted Tempel officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until service time at the church.
