He is survived by his wife, Sandra Boatman; sons, Mark II, David and Aaron Boatman; daughters, Jean (Stoney) Hayhurst and Sandy (Chris) Kirves; 12 grandchildren; father, Gary Boatman; mother, Gloria (Ron) Morell; brother, Gary Boatman; sisters, Vanessa and Karen Boatman; brother, Michael Boatman; sisters, Angela Wallace and Tina Boatman; brother, Alexander Morell; and step-brothers, Ronnie and Phillip Embry.
Services will be 1:00 PM Friday, April 25, 2014, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Brenda Steproe, with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
