He was born in Evansville, Indiana, on June 26, 1977. He was a graduate of F.J. Reitz High School in Evansville in 1995.
Larry was a lifelong salesman, working in different industries and traveling across the United States multiple times. He most recently worked in Kansas City, MO, as an independent contractor for NorthStar Contracting Group in roofing sales. He never met a stranger and had a way of making a friend out of everyone.
He loved the outdoors and took advantage of every opportunity to spend time in nature enjoying fishing, camping, hiking, and kayaking. He liked shopping; he always had a new pair of shoes, nice clothes, and a little something flashy to show off.
Larry's pride and joy, though, were his children. His daughter, Abigail, and son, Jackson, were his entire world. If he wasn't spending time with them or talking to them, he was talking about them to everyone around him. He loved them more than anything else.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marcus L. Miller, three grandparents, two aunts, and an uncle.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Abigail and her boyfriend, RJ Strickland, his son, Jackson, and their mother, Lisa Barra, with whom he shared a relationship for many years, all of Louisville/LaGrange, KY; his mother, Diana Gillespie, of Evansville; grandmother, Virginia White, of Newburgh; sister, Wendy Wary and her partner, Aaron Mick, of Chandler; five brothers: Joe Crider and his wife, Tina, of Boonville, Bradley Maynard and his wife, Adaya, of Sebree, KY, David Miller and his wife, Diana, of Evansville, Adam Miller of Evansville, and Alex Miller and his wife, Andrea, of Evansville; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
