Andy enjoyed fishing, gardening, karaoke, and cooking for friends and family. He was a well-respected chef in China for many years before immigrating to the United States in 1995. Andy was head chef at Canton Inn Restaurant for over 25 years before retiring in 2021.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shui May Kung, and his older sister, Chui Ping Seto.
Andy is survived by his wife of 43 years, Jian Tan; children, Li Situ (Kyle), Amy Situ (Park), and Ana Situ; father, Hin Seto; siblings, Hui Ping Seto (Wai Yim), King Nang “Kelly” Seto (Jean Lin), and King Keung “Tony” Seto; and many nieces and nephews.
A private funeral service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2024 at Alexander North Chapel, with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park.
