He worked at Mead Johnson. Jeff served in the United States Air Force for twelve years which allowed him to travel the world. Jeff loved to fish and was an avid Ohio State Sports Fan.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Charles Puthoff and his grandparents.
He is survived by his daughters, Michelle Wiggins and Lauren Blake (Cody); mother, Barbara Lersky; step-mother, Betsy Puthoff; grandchildren, Bella Wiggins, Scarlett Wiggins, Daniel Barrett, Camden Blake, and Gavin Blake; brothers, Michael Puthoff (Melissa) and Doug Puthoff.
Per Jeff’s wishes, there will be no services.
