On Friday, December 17, 2021, the Lord decided he needed another special Angel. Jason Andrew Cowan, 48, of Evansville, IN passed away Friday, December 17, 2021, in his sleep at Park Terrace Village. He was born on February 13, 1973, in Evansville, IN. Jason was loved by many. He was a big fan of wrestling and his favorite food was pizza. He loved all his friends he met over the years while enjoying Karaoke music. He graduated from Glenwood Middle School and worked on Kotter Avenue for a while. He was a strong-willed person battling many illnesses along the way. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Woolsey; gr Jason is survived by his mother, Linda (Cowan) Fraize; step-father, Gerald (Bud) Fraize; brother, Jonathan (Natalia Sasaki) Cowan from Delaware; and many cousins and aunts. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at Alexander East Chapel, with burial at Oak Hill Cemetery at a later date.
