When he was just 10 yrs. old the family relocated to the tristate area. Jarrod quickly fit in and made so many friends. He was an attendant of Benjamin Bosse High school where he also acquired a host of longtime friends. He loved to write and perform his music, and he also loved to draw as well. At the age of 23 he met his life partner of the last 10 years, Bianca Groves, whom he went on to have a son and one unborn child with. He also took up the father role of her daughter Malaya as they shared an immaculate bond. Jarrod was employed by Target as a Barista. Jarrod was a charismatic soul that was loved by many.
He was preceded in death by his mother Shelia D. Brown; his mother’s parents Lena E. Reed and John H. Brown; his father’s parents, Ira and Lenard Pearson; his brother Mitchell R. Brown, and Uncle Micheal R. Brown.
He is survived by his father Glenn L. Pearson (Ila Celeste), sister, Mikko M. Brown, Sister-in-law Margie Brown, three children Ryan A. Brown, Malaya L. Crenshaw, and one unborn, his Aunt Margaret L. Gilbert (Phillip), three nieces Chrisshayla D. Brown, Makeala C. Brown, and Nakya D. Brown. He also left to mourn a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Memorial Showing will be held Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Ave. Evansville, IN from 9:30 a.m until 11:30 a.m. A Home Going and burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. A Repast will be held at Plush event center at 810 S. Green River Rd. Evansville, In 47715 immediately following the burial.
