James Daniel Kirk, 73, of New Castle, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. He was born on September 16, 1947 in Evansville to the late Clarence and Lona (Gimlich) Kirk.
He enjoyed Colts football, telling jokes and playing tricks. James liked to collect pin and hats. He enjoyed spending time with his family at his group home.
James was preceded in death by his half-brother, Gilford Burns; half-sisters, Cathy Burns, Phoebe Burns, and Shirley Burns; aunts, Agnes, Alice, Dorothy, and Marjorie.
He is survived by his brother, Steve Kirk’ half-brothers, Johnny Burns and Keith Burns; and half- sister, Patty Cooper.
