Ida attended Crossroads Christian Church. She loved to play clabber and bingo at Good Samaritan. She lived in south Florida for 14 years before returning to Evansville after retirement. Ida had a good sense of humor and was loved by those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by parents, siblings, and grandson, Scott Wilson.
Ida is survived by daughters, Deanna (Wilson) Williams (Daymond), Sandy Mikulis (Burke); grandchildren, Jeffrey Wilson (Rose), Gary Wilson, Misty Stradtner (Jim), Mike Freeman; great grandchildren, Emily Wilson, Ashley Weldon (Jason), Brittany Harrison, Amanda Stradtner, Allison Stradtner, sister, Mary McIntosh; and lifelong friend, Millie Robbins of San Diego and nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff and residents of Good Samaritan for their love and care.
Services will be 11:30AM, Saturday, May 12, 2012, at Alexander West Chapel with entombment following at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit, Friday, May 11, 2012 from 3:00PM to 8:00PM and Saturday from 9:00AM until service time at the funeral home.
