Harold “Pops” Rushing, Sr., 67, of Evansville, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born August 1, 1943, in Salem, KY.
He enjoyed his life at Gary’s Side Track and was a member of the VFW #1114 Men’s Auxiliary. He was peaceful, joyful, loved life and lived it to the fullest.
Harold is survived by his son, Harold Rushing, Jr. (Terri) of Evansville; grandchildren, Justin, Bo and Jordan Rushing; daughters, Linda Fellows, Karen Young, Tina Martin and Patricia Roscoe; brother, Billy Jo Rushing of Lake Station, IN; sister-in-law, Debbie Whitmer of Evansville; and his dog, Little Bit.
