He graduated from North High School in 1961 and worked at Red Spot Paint and then Tri-State Bearing for 35 years. Gary spent a lot of time volunteering at Moutoux Park during his sons time in soccer. He was a social butterfly and never met a stranger. Gary enjoyed country music, watching sports and comedic sitcoms, taking his family to Gatlinburg and his children on roller-coaster rides. They all enjoyed going to Cardinals games and playing mini golf together. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be missed tremendously.
Gary is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Ann Bryant; three children, Cheryl, Cathy (Nick Borman) and Alex Bryant; granddaughter, Elexis Bryant; brother, James (Jan) Bryant; and many nieces and nephews; and lots of grandpuppies.
He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Norma Joyce Burks and Rita Stone.
A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, September 4, 2023 from 10:00 am to noon at Alexander West Chapel followed by a celebration of life memorial service at noon.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.alexanderwestchapel.com for the Bryant family.
