Emily Elizabeth Rose

Emily E. Rose, 92 of Evansville, IN passed away Saturday, April 4, 2020, at Park Terrace Nursing Home. She was born on October 22, 1927, in Evansville, IN, to the late Welmon Augustus and Gertrude (Prichett) Key. Emily was an LPN at the Evansville State Hospital for 15 years. She was a member of the Owls. Emily enjoyed bowling and was a wonderful cook. Her family especially enjoyed her candy and cakes. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, W. T. Rose; and son, Gary Rose. Emily is survived by her sons, Greg Rose (Pamela), Mike Rose (Bea), and Patrick Rose (Amy); nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. A Private family service will be held with burial in Alexander Memorial Park.
