My name is Andrew Hoger, and to be honest I didn't know her that well. But the few times I got to hang out with her and Noah, I miss it already. She was always asking if I was ok... This isn't fair. To all the family and friends I'm so sorry. 

What a beautiful, sweet and  intelligent young lady she was.  I was privileged to have met Libbey, through my son, Nate, a friend of hers.  Although I didn't know her as well as others, I can say that each time  I  was in her presence,  she always had  such a wonderful personality and brought such an awesome energy with her.   We lift Libbey's family and friends up and send our deepest heart-felt sympathy and condolences to all.  God Bless.
