Danny Ray Lantrip

Danny worked as a mechanic at Silgan. He enjoyed woodworking and loved traveling to Branson, Missouri.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Kendall.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Dorothy (Steinkuhl) Thomas Lantrip; son, Brent Lantrip; step-son, Jason Thomas (Crystal); step-daughter, Marie Young; grandchildren, Jalen Stafford, Kiley Lantrip, Larissa Hartig (Matt), Trenton Young, Madison Young, and Tabbatha Russell (Drew); great grandchildren, Jayden Walter, Kenzlie Russell, and Emberlynn Hartig; brother, Jimmy Lantrip; sister, Darlene Schweikhart (Scott),brother, Darrel Lantrip (Pauline) and David Lantrip; close niece and nephew, Daniel Schweikhart and Michelle Schweikhart; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Chaplain Brandon Lindsey, with burial in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 4, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday

from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
