Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Clark; two brothers; and her parents.
She is survived by her daughters, Diana (Richard) Kellogg of Evansville, IN and Julie (Kirk) Weber of Benton, KY; sons, William (Bonnie) Clark and Michael (Neringa) Clark both of Evansville, IN; grandchildren, Dustin (Meghan) Boyd, Kyle Kellogg, Kendyl Clark, Tara Clark, Ava Clark and Jesse Weber; great-grandchildren, Elliot Boyd, Jasmin Phoenix and Isis Kellogg; and brother, Kenneth (Doris) Tharp.
Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, March 27, 2014, at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Father Gene Schroeder, with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
