Carol Sue Mills

Carolyn Sue Sanderson Mills, 80, of Evansville, IN passed away peacefully Saturday, November 18, 2023. She was born in Evansville on February 13, 1943 to the late George Gray and Ruby (Glisson) Gray. She retired from Lewis Bakery. Carol loved spending time with her family and she enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Marvin Gray, Melvin Gray, and Larry Gray; Daughter-in-Law, Missy Mills; and her first husband, Richard Sanderson. She is survived by her Step-sons, Charles Mills Jr. (Amy), and Joseph Mills; grandchildren, Ridley, Brittany, and Cody; Sister-in-Law, Cissy Gray; and Best Friend, Golden Euler. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Alexander North Chapel followed by burial at Sunset Cemetery. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Hospice.
