She retired from Lewis Bakery. Carol loved spending time with her family and she enjoyed sewing and crocheting.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Marvin Gray, Melvin Gray, and Larry Gray; Daughter-in-Law, Missy Mills; and her first husband, Richard Sanderson.
She is survived by her Step-sons, Charles Mills Jr. (Amy), and Joseph Mills; grandchildren, Ridley, Brittany, and Cody; Sister-in-Law, Cissy Gray; and Best Friend, Golden Euler.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Alexander North Chapel followed by burial at Sunset Cemetery. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
