Carl James Homan Jr.

He was a Steam Engineer, Carl served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1954. He was a member of the VFW Post 1114, the American Legion Post 265, DAV Chapter 9 and the 40/8. Carl was a Kentucky Colonel.

Carl was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Johnnie Fay (Mullins) Homan; his parents and six siblings.

He is survived by several nieces, nephews, and his caring friend Sandra Sue Dills.

A funeral service will be held at 1:30 P.M Monday, January 10, 2022 at Alexander West Chapel. Pastor Terry Gamblin will be officiating with burial at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Family and friends may visit 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
