Candice "Candie" Maria Sanders

Candice “Candie” Maria Sanders, 57, of Evansville, IN passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Linda White Hospice House. She was born on October 21, 1963 to the late Elmer Cole and Carole Cavanah. Candie worked as a Bakery Associate at Walmart for 10 years. She was the caretaker for her parents for 6 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, music, video games and being with her friends and family. Candie served as Chaplain of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post # 1114 in Evansville Candie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Marguerite Nelson; mother, Carole Cavanah; and nephew, Joshua Phillips. She is survived by her sister, Marguerite E. Matheny; brother, Bryant Cole; step-father, Clyde “Louie” Cavanah; and step-sister, Heather Vaughn.
