Bonnie L. Hudson, 76, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born June 23, 1937, in Evansville, to the late Omar and Nellie (Meece) Mattingly.
She had been employed at Shane Uniform and TJ Maxx, where she retired. She enjoyed going out looking at antiques and was an excellent cook. She was a member of Eagle’s View Church.
Bonnie is survived by her husband of 59½ years, Gene Hudson; sons, Ron (Laura) and Daniel Hudson; grandchildren, Heather Dunlap and Jessica and David Hudson; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, April 28, 2014, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Mike Pyle, with entombment in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and Monday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
