Bob served in the US Air Force for four years as a flight engineer on a Douglas C-47 “Goony Bird.” He retired from Whirlpool after 47 years. Bob was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post #265.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey and Mertie Davis; brother, Harold Davis; sister, Wanda Baxter.
Bob is survived by his wife of 61 years, Karen L. Davis; son, Jubel Davis; daughter, Lana Hill; sister, Barbara Rogge; one granddaughter and one great grandson.
Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Alexander West Chapel.
