Betty was born in Denmark, March 15, 1920 and came to the US when she was six months old. She met and married her husband, Milo in Burlington, Wisconsin. They were married for 68 years. She retired from Bernardins where she worked as a bookkeeper.
She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
Betty enjoyed going to the Philharmonic Pops Concerts. She loved traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid bridge player for many years.
We love you mom, mother-in-law, grandma and great grandma so very much and will miss you greatly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milo Hebeisen in 2008; daughter, Linda Drake; son, David Hebeisen; grandsons, Bryan and David Hebeisen II.
Betty is survived by her son, Richard (Ruth) Hebeisen of Jasper, IN; daughter, Marcia (Don) Hargrave of Newburgh, IN; son-in-law, Burdette Drake of Watertown, SD; grandsons, Tim Decker and Steve Hebeisen; granddaughter, Ginger Hebeisen; and two great grandsons.
Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Don Gray, with entombment at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
