Betty Jean Becker

Betty Jean Becker, 54, of Evansville, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017, at University Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born December 28, 1962, in Evansville, IN to the late George and Dorothy (Ellis) Anderson.

She worked as a bookkeeper for the city clerk and was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. Betty enjoyed scrapbooking and loved taking annual trips to Florida. She was a loving mother and wife to her husband.

Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Ted Anderson; and her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Donnie Becker; son, Cody Becker; sister, Georgia (David) Barton; sisters-in-law, Brenda Anderson, Marilyn (Kent) Kramer, Debbie (Teddy) Stucki and Rachelle (Eric) Gill; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held 11:00 AM Friday, November 10, 2017, at Alexander East Chapel, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends visited Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
