Barbara S. Blair

Barbara S. Blair, 51, of Evansville, passed away on Monday March 14, 2022. She was born on February 14, 1971, in Paducah, Kentucky. Barb formerly worked at Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center as a certified nursing assistant. She also work as a slot attendant at Tropicana / Bally’s and at Uniseal as a group leader. Barb was a proud foster parent and had several child placements in her care. She enjoyed taking care of others who needed help and had a heart of gold. Barb enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors. Barb also liked to crochet. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Garrison. Barb is survived by her husband of 30 years, Steven R. Blair; sons, Zachary Blair and Benjamin Blair; daughter, Allie Blair; mother, Connie Greear (Norman); mother-in-law, Helen Blair; brothers, Ervin Garrison (Tracy) and Timothy Garrison; and many nieces and nephews. Her wish was to be cremated. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Destiny Church, 3314 Forest Avenue, Evansville, Indiana 47712.
