Rebecca Becky Lyn Hitchcock

Becky worked for many years in the magazine publication industry as both a fulfillment manager and a client representative. She last worked for Hutchins & Associates in Escondido. She helped start an online computer magazine called Advisor Publications. She enjoyed cooking and gambling at Harrahs and Pala Casinos. She especially liked playing the slots machines.

Becky is survived by her husband of 43 years, Rodney Hitchcock of Pauma Valley, CA; Sons Paul Hitchcock of Escondido, CA and Brian Hitchcock and his wife Coty of Pauma Valley, CA.; Sisters Tiny (Ken) Wedemeyer of Mira Mesa, CA., Marilyn LeBlanc of Upland, CA., Kathy (Frank) Jaime of Artesia, CA., and Roberta (Roberta) Sharp of Fountain Valley, CA; Brothers Sonnie Hodges of Bellflower, CA., Donald (Rama) Hodges of Prescott, AZ and Kenneth (Shelly) Hodges of Defiance, OH. She was preceded in death by her sister Barbara Mitchell in 2001.

A visitation will be held beginning at 10am at Funeraria Del Angel McLeod chapel in Escondido. A funeral service will take place at noon with interment following at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
