Celia was educated in Miami, Florida. She moved to San Diego, CA. in the late 80's.
Celia leaves behind four sisters and two brothers. Yolanda Herrera, Marta (Benna) Burneo, Teresa Baker, Elvia Easley, Jay Burneo and William Burneo.
Celia (CB) was a very sweet person, she loved animals and Yoga.
