Todd R. Fowler, age 44, of Del Mar, California passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023.
A visitation for Todd will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at El Camino Memorial Encinitas, 340 Melrose Ave, Encinitas, CA 92024. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 12:00 PM at St James Catholic Church, 625 S Nardo Ave, Solana Beach, California 92075.
