William J. Wenzel, 61, of Bradenton, Florida, died October 29, 2011.
He was a Co-owner of Creative Designs Doors. He was a Former President of the Sarasota-Manatee County Bowling Association, Current President and inducted to the Sarasota-Manatee County Men’s Hall of Fame…Basically he was all about bowling!!
Survivors include daughter Paula Wenzel of Bradenton and brother Thomas Wenzel of Albany, Georgia.
Services will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Avenue, East in Ellenton. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held November 4, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00pm at AMF Bradenton Lanes on Cortez Road. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sarasota-Manatee County Men’s Hall of Fame or the Sarasota-Manatee Youth Scholarship Fund.
