To  Mikeys family, I am so sorry for your loss.  We didn’t know Mikey well, but when ever we saw him at th Palmetto Moose he was always so pleasant and caring.  We thought if him as a friend.  Rest In Peace Mikey!! ❤️❤️

Sorry to hear about Michael. I played baseball and football with him and was in plenty of classrooms with him. He was a lot of fun. Good athlete and always friendly. Rest in peace.

Oh, the Rourke brothers..!  Mike was always ahead of me, alphabetically,  in any line or roll call....and always whispered a joke.  I remember standing behind him at Shrewsbury High graduation ceremony in 1976..... and loved seeing him again at our 40th reunion...I will think of him fondly and always with a smile.  RIP Mike.....

Sorry for your loss I new Mike since grammar School also my fondest memory was playing pick up hockey across from the light department in the 1960 or so .

Dear Rourke family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Mike all my life. At 9 years old we were on the same Little League team, the Red Sox and we played together on the Shrewsbury Colonial football team. Mike was a hot ticket and a really great guy.
I will be praying for God’s comfort and peace for  your family in this hard time. You have my deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy.
