Joel Gardner Nicholas, 32, of Palmetto, passed away December 10. He was The Gentle Giant.
Survivors include his parents Robert and Donna Nicholas, sister Jennifer Workman, brother Jeremy Nicholas, nephew Devon, and nieces Jocelyn and Brianna.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 5:30–7:30 pm with a Service to follow at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 Ellenton-Gillette Road in Ellenton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 4800 N. US Highway 301, Tampa, FL 33610.
