Roberta "Bert" Mary Shipp, age 69, of Columbia, Maryland passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022. Bert was born December 12, 1952 in Washington; Devoted mother of Maritta and Kiri; Cherished grandmother of Haleigh, Lincoln, and Olive; Loving bestfriend of Diane; and Beloved service dog, Simon.
