Phyllis "Sue" Jean Elliott, age 90, of Severn, Maryland passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her family. Sue was the beloved wife of the late Howell "Randy" Randolph Elliott, Jr. and the devoted mother of Jim Elliott and his wife Patti, David Elliott and his wife Katrina, and Elizabeth "Betsy" Gainey and her husband Nick; loving grandmother of Ethan, Jess, Taylor, Sarah, Mandy, Leah, and Skylar; cherished great-grandmother of Jace and Savannah.
