On Wednesday, March 30, 2011, Phillip F. Martin of Hanover, MD. Beloved husband of Linda L. Martin; loving father of Andrew J. Bailey, Brother of Cherly Panko and her husband Peter. He is also survived by his nephew Peter Panko and 2 Great-Nephews.

Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 (exit 6 off Rt. 100) on Friday from 2 to 4 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM where services will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
