Marsha Susann Byerly, age 72, of Relay, Maryland passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
Marsha was the daughter of the late Kenneth R, and Laura H. Byerly (nee Filar). She was the beloved wife of Frances J. Memmo of 21 years, whom passed away on August 6, 2004. Marsha was devoted to St. Augustine Church in Elkridge since her childhood. She led the Prayer Shawl Group and assisted with the Senior Luncheons and other church ministries. Every Thursday, you would find her alongside other ladies, cleaning the church for Sunday Services. She had the gift of creativity in knitting and crocheting, having created many Afghans, wash clothes, hats, etc.
Marsha is survived by her brother, Kenneth A. Byerly and his wife Sandy; Niece, Nicole S. and her husband, Michael; Nephews, David R. and wife Elena, Kenneth N, and wife Amanda; Great Nephews, Colin A. and Scott E., who predeceased her at 2 weeks old.
Interment will be private, Meadowridge Memorial Park.
A celebration of life memorial mass for Marsha will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Augustine Church, 5976 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, Maryland 21075.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marsha's memory can be made to St. Augustine Church or Cancer Society.
