Grace Edna Keatts

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Grace Keatts of Sarasota, FL formerly of Centreville and Arbutus MD. Beloved wife of 67 years to the late James Keatts, III. Loving mother of Donna L. Murphy and her husband James and the late James W. Keatts, IV. Devoted grandmother of Larry Barford, Jr. and Jennifer Barford. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, along with her many sisters and brothers, loving nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. Grace peacefully departed this life on December 2, 2024, at the age of 90.

Grace lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unwavering faith. She was the cornerstone of her family, always offering wisdom, warmth, and unconditional support. Her legacy of love will forever remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Friday, December 13th from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm . A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 14th at 10:30 am. Committal Service and Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD

Following the interment, the family invites everyone to join them for a Celebration of Life Reception at the funeral home reception area to share memories, stories, and love in honor of Grace.

Grace’s compassion and generosity touched countless lives, and her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Kidney Foundation or Tidewellhospice.org in her memory.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. May she rest in eternal peace.
