Gordon Andrew Downey, “Andy”, age 60, of Severn, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Andy was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana to James Paul Downey Jr. and Norma Naquin. Andy is survived by his mother Norma, sister Gwendolyn Verdin, brother Steven Downey and his wife Leslie, and sister Sue Rodrigue. He was preceded in death by his father James Paul Downey Jr. Andy is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, loving friends and family.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Thursday February 6, 2020 from 11:00am until the start of A Celebration of Life Funeral Service at 1:00pm. Interment will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
