Graveside Services and Interment will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD 21075 at 1:15 pm where Mr. Tingler will receive Military Honors presented by the United States Navy Ceremonial Guard. If desired, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home Activity Department, 29449 Charlotte Hall Road, Charlotte Hall, MD.
