Alma Cecil Monath, age 87, of Elkridge, Maryland passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Ms. Alma was the beloved wife of the late Howard James Monath and the devoted mother of Curtis Monath, Scott Monath and his wife Sue, and Gina Zawitoski and her husband Ed; dear sister of Peggy and Sharon; loving grandmother of Jessica Bullard, Daniel and Andrew Zawitoski and cherished great grandmother of Gavin, Gabriel, Gwen, Dulaney, and Corey.
A visitation for Alma will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075, (Exit 6 South off Route 100). A graveside service will occur Friday, October 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Sandy Mount United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2101 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD 21048.
