Agnes Virginia Dorsch, age 101, of Ellicott City, Maryland passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Agnes was born on September 15, 1922 to parents, William R. and Edith E. Shifflett; Beloved wife of the late Frank H. Dorsch Sr.; Loving mother of Janet Nevelus (late Robert), Joyce Sperry (William) and Marjorie Webster (late Edwin); Cherished grandmother of 8, great-grandmother of 17, and great-great-grandmother of 15. Agnes was preceded in death by her son, Frank H. Dorsch Jr., and by her great-grandson, Johnathan Merson; and by her siblings, Marie Jones, Lucille Gourley, and Frank Shifflett.
A Visitation for Agnes will be held Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075; where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Interment St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, 6004 Waterloo Road, Columbia, MD 21045.
