She was born on November 9, 1930 in Glendale, KY, to the late Roy and Rose Ash.
She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved taking care of her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, James “Jim” Shelby Rihn; children, Debra “Debbie” Jean Gibson, James “Jim” Shelby Rihn Jr.; and siblings, Roy R. Ash, Mary E. Fuller, and Alan D. Ash.
She is survived by her son, Michael A. (Kathleen) Rihn; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 27, 1:00 P.M. at Elizabethtown City Cemetery, 420 East Dixie Avenue.
