Victor R. Velasco, age 82, passed away on Saturday March 10, 2018 in El Paso, Texas and was born September 27, 1935 in Presidio, Texas. A visitation for Victor will be held Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a vigil at 7:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 North Carolina Drive, El Paso, Texas. The memorial service will take place Friday, March 23, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home. The inurnment will follow after at 1:30 to Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, Fort Bliss, Texas.
