Victor is survived by his son Jose Victor Mora III (Margie); and his daughter Maria Graciela Flores (Danny); his .brother Carlos Enrique Mora and his sister Maria Estela Mora Moreno; his granddaughter Brenna Mora, his granddaughter Kristin Brown, his grandson Rene Flores, his grandson Adan Flores, his grandson Danny Flores (Julie), his granddaughter Lori Flores, his great granddaughter Rosemary Lopez, his great granddaughter Cassandra Flores, his great grandson Danny Flores and his great grandson Julian Flores.

Victor was preceded in death by his wife Maria Luisa Mora.

A visitation for Victor will be held Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Evergreen East Funeral Home, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. A rosary/vigil service will occur Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 6:00 PM, 12400 East Montana, EL Paso, TX 79938. A chapel service will occur Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938. A committal service will occur Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Evergreen East Cemetery, 12400 East Montana, El Paso, TX 79938.
