Victor is survived by his wife, Josefina Loera; his son Julio Loera Bañuelas; his parents Miguel Angel and Martha Silvia Loera; his brother David Loera, his sisters Monica Jacquez and Anabel Loera, extended family and friends.

Visitation for Victor will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903, with Prayer service at 7:00 PM. Funeral service will be Friday, May 20, 2022 at 12:30 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel Central. Committal service will follow at 2:00 PM at Ft. Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Avenue, Fort Bliss, Texas 79906.
