Tommy Juarez, 72. Our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 after bravely suffering for 3 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Carmen, their 2 children: Yvonne Rodriguez and Tommy Juarez Jr. (Sylvia); 4 grandchildren: Theresa, Tommy III, Steven Juarez and Victoria Rodriguez; and a large extended family too numerous to list. Tommy was part owner of Clover Club El Paso. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. Tommy enjoyed bowling where he was a member of the Eastside Keglers, golfing, playing the slot machines in Las Vegas and also watching the Dallas Cowboys. He was as youth basketball coach for Ascarate Eagles in the 70’s and a bowling league secretary for many years. Serving as Pallbearers will be his son: Tommy Jr.; grandsons: Tommy III and Steven Juarez; favorite nephew: Fernando Rocha; brothers-in-law: Octaviano Rocha and Natividad Luevano. Honorary Pallbearers will be his cousins: Alex, Hector & Jesus Sepulveda; and brother: Juan Juarez. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 am on Monday, May 18, 2015 at Little Flower Catholic Church 171 Polo Inn. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
