Born in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Harry Purney and Pat Geldien.
Mr. Purney was an engineer for Bericap North America and a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are four daughters, two sons, four sisters; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother.
A Visitation will be Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home West. A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church and a Committal Service to follow at Memory Gardens of the Valley in Santa Teresa, NM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Todd Purney Benefit Memorial Fund at any Wells Fargo Bank.
