Teresa B. Day

Teresa was born Oct. 15, 1926 in El Paso to Raphael & Altagracia Barrios. She graduated from Austin HS.

She married Eddie Day in 1954. They were happily married and together raised six kids. Eddie died in 1978. She retired from the United Way of El Paso. She was a member of the Catholic Church.

She enjoyed cheering for the Cowboys, games (crossword puzzles, canasta, bingo, casinos), crafts (crochet, ceramics, stained glass), and visiting with friends and family. She loved Dachshunds most recently "Corey".

She is survived by her children: Margaret Klimczak (Bill - deceased), James Day (Rosie), Terri Day, Mike Day, Joe Day (Kim), and Rosie Yanez (Robbie) and eleven grandchildren (Erika, Crystal, Natalie, Jenny, Becky, Nick, Christina, Eric, Kari, Sean, and Joseph) and one great granddaughter (Amanda). We were blessed to have such a wonderful mom, Nana, Grandma, and GG-Ma. She filled our lives with love and we will carry her love in our hearts forever. We love you mom!
